4.引用规范。本刊正文引用采用APA格式(著者一年份制),不采用上标格式。请来稿采用“(作者XXX,年份)”、“(英文作者1XXX&英文作者2XXX,年份)”、“(中文作者1XXX、中文作者2XXX,年份)”、“(中文作者1XXX等,年份)”或“(英文作者1XXX et a1.,年份)”的引用形式。所引文献为中文文献时,XXX为作者全名:所引文献为英文文献时,XXX为作者的姓(LastName)。作者人数2人及以下时,每次每次出现均需列出所有作者姓名;作者人数在3人或以上时,第一次出现即注明“第一作者姓名等”即可。请来稿务必遵循此规范,格式不规范的来稿将不予进入审稿环节。具体请登录官网或投稿系统公告栏参阅《中国人力资源开发引用和参考文献格式规范》。
