《华东师范大学教育评论（英文）》征稿启事

（ECNU Review of Education）

【《华东师范大学学报(教育科学版)》2020年06期信息】

经教育部、国家新闻出版广电总局批准，《华东师范大学教育评论》英文刊（ECNU Review of Education，简称ECNU ROE）正式创刊（CN31-2150/G4）。为办成国际一流期刊，特向海内外教育研究者征集优秀稿件。

征稿范围

1. 总结中国教育改革开放成就和经验，研究中国教育问题，构建中国特色教育经验和理论的高质量论文。

2. 实证研究论文，尤其是具有研究方法创新的量化研究、质化研究、混合研究、实验研究等实证研究论文。

3. 跨学科、前瞻性、引领理论和研究范式创新的思想性论文。

4. 高水平的研究综述论文。

5. 大型研究的成果论文。

中国教育发展评论（policy research notes on education development in China）

投稿要求与流程

稿件为英文（美式英文拼写），篇幅一般在6000—10000 字之间，优秀稿件字数不限。

稿件需包括以下内容：

（1）标题（不超过20 个单词）

（2）200 字以内的结构性摘要，必须包括研究目的（purpose）、研究设计/方法/路径（design/meth-　　odology/approach）、研究发现（findings）、原创性/研究价值（originality/value）

（3）关键词（不超过六个）

（4）正文

（5）参考文献遵循APA 格式

（6）200 字以内的作者简介与联系方式（请注明通讯作者）

（7）如有图表，请在正文中标注位置，放参考文献之后

Step 1. 判断稿件是否适合投给ROE

判断稿件是否合适特定的刊物本质上是一个比较、匹配的过程，建立在对论文和刊物都能熟悉的基础上。

这里主要为各位介绍一下ROE这份刊物的基本情况：ROE是国内第一本完全由大学举办、具有国际、国内双刊号的综合性教育学术英文国际期刊，主要刊发国内外综合性、前沿性的教育研究成果，鼓励提交跨学科视角和热点话题的文章。

征稿范围涵盖实证研究、理论研究、研究综述、探索性述评、政策评论、观点等内容，鼓励非英语地区教育经验的理论化，也欢迎来自大规模研究或新兴研究领域的专题性组稿。

ROE稿件涉及（但不限于）以下研究领域：

• 国际比较教育

• 教育政策

• 跨学科的教育研究

• 课程、教学与学习

• 教育领导和管理

• 学习科学和技术创新

• 教学和教师教育

目前，ROE的主要栏目包括：

• 原创性研究论文（Original Articles）：本栏目为教育现象的原创性和反思性研究，既可以是实证研究也可以是理论研究。

• 研究综述（Research Reviews）：本栏目为理论研究与实证研究的综述。尤其欢迎以下内容：关于新问题、新理论、新范式的研究综述；非英语国家和地区的研究综述；跨学科的观点与视角；跨文化与跨语境的研究与视角。

• 政策评论（Policy Reviews）：本栏目是对重大教育政策提供批判性和及时性的述评。针对本栏目的投稿应聚焦于两年内颁布的某一具体的教育政策，包括简要的历史背景介绍，该政策实施现状与未来影响分析。

• 观点（Voices）：本栏目是来自教育研究者、实践者、政策制定者以及其他相关方对当前教育问题的概述与讨论。

• 编者按、回应和评论（Editorial, Responses & Commentaries）：编者按介绍了特刊的主要内容，例如为什么选择该主题，从哪个角度讨论了该主题以及作者的背景和主要信息是什么。回应和评论是围绕一个特殊问题的文章进行的对话，例如不同文章的观点和观点，尤其是它们之间的差异或争议。作者可以提供相应的理论回应和评论以及他们自己的观点或进一步的观点。请注意，编者按和回应一般是特刊栏目，评论则不限于特刊。

• 特别报告（ROE Reports）：本栏目包括教育论坛的及时报告，或基于权威数据的分析，这些都将引起读者的关注和反思。

Manuscript Submission Guidelines: ECNU Review of Education

Please read the guidelines below then visit the journal’s submission site (https://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/ecnuroe) to upload your manuscript. Please note that manuscripts not conforming to these guidelines may be returned. Remember you can log in to the submission site at any time to check on the progress of your paper through the peer review process.

Only manuscripts of sufficient quality that meet the aims and scope of ECNU Review of Education will be reviewed. As part of the submission process you will be required to warrant that you are submitting your original work, that you have the rights in the work, that you are submitting the work for first publication in the Journal and that it is not being considered for publication elsewhere and has not already been published elsewhere, and that you have obtained and can supply all necessary permissions for the reproduction of any copyright works not owned by you.

1.Open Access

ECNU Review of Education is an open access, peer-reviewed, journal where East China Normal University and East China Normal University Press pay for the publishing costs incurred by the journal. There is no charge for submitting a paper to the journal. Authors do not have to pay any Article Processing Charge or Open Access Publication Fee. Each article accepted by peer review is made freely available online immediately upon publication, is published under a Creative Commons license and will be hosted online in perpetuity.. 2. Article processing charge (APC)

The journal is financially supported by East China Normal University and East China Normal University Press; therefore, no article processing charge is made for open access publication.

3. What do we publish?

3.1 Aims & Scope

Before submitting your manuscript to ECNU Review of Education, please ensure you have read the Aims & Scope.

3.2 Article types

The categories of articles that are published in the journal are listed and described below. Please select the category that best describes your paper. If your paper does not fall into any of these categories, please contact the editorial office.

• Research reviews: These provide research synthesis of thematic educational issues either in existing empirical works, educational theory, or practice. ECNU ROE especially welcomes the following types of review works:

- Scoping reviews of emerging issues, theories, and methodologies

- Research reviews from non-English speaking regions

- Interdisciplinary perspectives and reviews

- Cross-cultural and cross-contexts reviews

- Format guide:

Word limit: 6000-8000 words (including references)

Abstract: up to 200 words, structured

Keywords: up to 6 (in alphabetical order)

Tables/Figures: no limit

• Original articles: These should present original, thought-provoking analysis for educational phenomena. Both empirical and conceptual papers are welcomed.
