土木工程学院主办英文学术期刊《Intelligent Transportation Infrastructure》正式上线

Intelligent Transportation Infrastructure（中文名：智能交通基础设施。英文名缩写：ITI）是由西南交通大学和国际知名出版商牛津大学出版社（Oxford University Press）联合创办的英文学术期刊，由西南交通大学王平教授和香港理工大学倪一清教授共同担任主编。期刊响应国家建设交通强国、多学科交叉会聚与多技术跨界融合的战略需求，着力于为人工智能研究领域和交通基础设施工程架设科研桥梁，打造一个轨道交通运输领域多学科交叉融合的高质量学术平台。

期刊定位及简介：

Intelligent Transportation Infrastructure（ITI）面向交通基础设施的各个研究方面，重点关注交通基础设施完整性、耐久性和稳健性方面的最新研究成果，旨在促进基础设施工程技术与信息智能技术的结合与交叉，为相关学者传播创新研究和工程实践成果提供跨学科平台。

ITI 涵盖交通基础设施系统的规划、设计、建设、运营、检查、监控、评估、维护、维修和更新。主题包括但不限于以下方向：

交通基础设施绿色、智能设计与建造

交通基础设施的检测、在线监测和无损评估

交通基础设施的养护维修

交通基础设施系统的韧性研究（例如对自然灾害、气候变化和极端天气的适应性研究等）

运维决策与管理（例如大数据建模与分析、生命周期评估、生命周期成本分析、风险评估、维护决策优化等）

交通工程地质与生态地质

期刊支持政策：

1. 本刊是开放获取（OA）期刊，作者无需支付任何费用，由西南交通大学承担出版费。

2. Intelligent Transportation Infrastructure采用单盲审同行评审机制，鼓励作者对与研究结论相关的数据、软件和代码开源。

3. 期刊建设工作组将采用线上、线下多种宣传方式和手段，持续推进期刊和发表论文、研究成果的宣传工作，扩大论文及学者的影响力，助力成果的推广与应用。

主编介绍：

王平 教授

西南交通大学教授，国家杰青。长期从事铁路轨道方面的教学与科研工作，并侧重于高速铁路轨道结构与轮轨系统动力学研究，获国务院政府特殊津贴专家、教育部新世纪英才、四川省学术技术带头人等称号。主持建立了我国高速铁路道岔设计理论体系，领导了我国时速250公里、350公里系列高速铁路道岔的研制。主持完成国家、省部级及重大工程建设科研课题60多项，获国家技术发明奖二等奖1项，省部级科技奖13项；担任《铁道学报》等期刊编委。

倪一清 教授

香港理工大学教授，国家轨道交通电气化与自动化工程技术研究中心香港分中心主任。研究领域包括结构动力学与控制、结构健康监测、智能材料与结构、非线性振动。主持苏通大桥、江阴大桥、青岛海湾大桥、广州新电视塔、深圳证券交易所新营运中心等大型工程项目的结构健康监测系统的设计研究、 实施、 升级改造、监理等；担任《Journal of Civil Structural Health Monitoring》，《Journal of Vibration and Control》SCI国际期刊副主编。

Intelligent Transportation Infrastructure is a fully open access and online only, peer-reviewed journal that publishes one volume each year.

All papers published in Intelligent Transportation Infrastructure are made freely available online under an open access licence. Please refer to the open access section below.
